Radian Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May. 9, 2012-- Radian Group Inc. today announced that the company’s Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock in the amount of $0.0025 per share, payable on May 31, 2012, to stockholders of record as of May 21, 2012.
