Radian Guaranty Expands Client Education Department
Company provides customized training services for 17,000 customers in
2011
PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May. 17, 2012--
Radian Guaranty Inc., the mortgage insurance (MI) subsidiary of Radian
Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN), today announced the addition of seasoned trainer
Susan Walsh as the Southern Regional Training Manager. In this new role,
Susan is responsible for providing product training, as well as
operational and sales skills training, to Radian’s customers in the
southern United States. Susan joins Radian with more than 30 years of
mortgage experience including mortgage processing and underwriting,
sales, sales management and training. During the last 16 years, Susan
has focused on training design, development and delivery and leadership
coaching to mortgage professionals.

Prior to joining Radian, Susan spent ten years with Bank of America
where she held several roles supporting the consumer real estate
mortgage division. In this position, Susan had the opportunity to create
and redesign sales curriculum and continuing education materials for
mortgage loan officers and managers. In addition, Susan was part of the
team responsible for creating and implementing the first leadership
development program for all mid-level leaders in the consumer division
at Bank of America.
