Radian Changes Call Date to Discuss Third Quarter 2012 Financial Results in Anticipation of Hurricane Sandy

Results to be announced pre-market on Thursday, November 1st with call at 10 a.m.

PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 29, 2012-- Radian Group Inc. (NYSE: RDN) today announced that it has changed its conference call date to discuss its third quarter 2012 financial results to Thursday, November 1, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time. The news release detailing the company’s results will be issued prior to the market open on the same day.

A state of emergency has been declared for Philadelphia and its surrounding areas as a result of Hurricane Sandy, and current weather forecasts indicate a high risk of disruption to power and communications in the coming days. Therefore, the date of the earnings call has been changed from its previously scheduled time on Tuesday morning in order to avoid possible disruptions.

The conference call will be broadcast live over the Internet at http://www.radian.biz/page?name=Webcasts or at www.radian.com. The call may also be accessed by dialing 800-398-9386 inside the U.S., or 612-332-0523 for international callers, using passcode 267306 or by referencing Radian.

A replay of the webcast will be available on the Radian website approximately two hours after the live broadcast ends for a period of one year.
