Team Bios
Richard has been in the mortgage banking industry for more than 25 years, and has held a variety of positions: processor, closer, underwriter and loan officer. His focus has been on training for more than 20 years, and with such rich industry experience, he is an extremely versatile trainer.
Jeff began his mortgage career in 2003, with roles in mortgage underwriting, mortgage fraud investigations, and mortgage technology testing and implementation. After obtaining a Master’s of Science in Education, Jeff turned his attention to mortgage training. Jeff now manages the team’s internal operations but maintains a focus on virtual learning for the Radian National Training team.
