Servicer Reporting (MILAR)

The Mortgage Insurance Loan Activity Report (MILAR) is an industry accepted reporting template that makes it easier for Servicers to provide servicing data required under our Master Policies. In submitting the report, servicers can choose one of two versions of the MILAR template: Full dataset (169 data fields), which can replace the need for separate modification reporting once validated, or Minimum dataset (32 data fields), which necessitates additional reporting for modifications and workouts, as applicable.
