Radian Group Inc. (“Radian”) maintains a Code of Conduct and Ethics (the "Code"), which includes the code of ethics applicable to our chief executive officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer, in accordance with applicable SEC and NYSE rules.

Effective December 8, 2020, Radian’s Code of Conduct and Ethics was amended to: (1) streamline the Code by removing various standalone policies from direct incorporation into the Code, while continuing to cite to them in the Code; and (2) update the Code to better align with current practices and clarify employee obligations and expectations under the Code.
