Radian’s Report on Controls at a Service Organization Relevant to Security and Availability

Radian’s SOC 2 reports are intended to meet the needs of a broad range of users that need detailed information and assurance about the controls at a service organization relevant to the Security and Availability of the systems we use to process data and the confidentiality and privacy of the information processed by these systems. These reports play an important role in highlighting our commitment to:

• Oversight of our organization
• Vendor management programs
• Internal corporate governance and risk management processes
• Regulatory oversight

Radian maintains SOC 2 Type 2 reports for our MI Business and our secure Data Center, and a SOC 2 Type 1 for our Valuation, Title and Real Estate Platforms. Radian additionally maintains SOC 1 reports for our Real Estate Owned Asset Management and our Real Estate Valuation and Property Verification Services.
