Executive Inclusion Council (EIC)

We maintain an Executive Inclusion Council (“EIC”) that is sponsored by our CEO, led by senior management, and consists of leaders and employees from across the Company to advance the program and its efforts. Our EIC Charter is available here.

A Focus on Diversity

Radian is focused on cultivating and advancing diversity in all forms in our workforce and within senior leadership levels. We understand that transparency and accountability are important to continuing to advance this initiative, and therefore, have published our consolidated 2022 EEO -1 report. The report represents federally mandated job categories that may differ from our internal organizational structure, including how we categorize jobs internally.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Radian's ERGs are an important aspect of our DEI efforts because they not only create inclusive communities where employees feel support, but they enrich our overall company culture. Led by employees who have shared interests, come from like backgrounds, and join together to serve common purposes - such as fostering awareness, participating in recruiting activities, community relations, and other key initiatives that align with ERG's mission and goals. Each ERG is guided by a member of the Executive Inclusion Council.

Women Heard was created to provide opportunities for learning and engagement for women and their allies. Since its launch in 2021, membership increased by 52%.

Founded to help enhance the LGBTQIA+ employee voice at Radian throughout the year, the group advanced its mission to connect lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer employees, and their allies to create enhanced pathways for inclusive practices. Its membership increased by 20% in 2022.

Vibrant Crossroads ERG logo

Radian's Vibrant Crossroads ERG approaches topics around diversity, inclusion, breaking down stereotypes and cultural awareness by providing education and connection opportunities, with food across cultures serving as the starting point, due to its universal accessibility. Over the course of 2022, membership increased by 84%.
